From the 01 September 2025 the Bayeux Tapestry will be closed, due to a new museum complex is being built due to open in October 2026, therefore we will be unable to visit. We will visit instead the new immersive museum experience in Honfleur showcasing the reconstructed battleship of William the Conqueror “La Mora” bringing history to life and telling the story of William and his army.
